1. Subscription Auto-Renewal / 订阅自动续费说明

All subscriptions and top-ups are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase in the iOS app. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual), and Apple charges the applicable fee on your renewal date unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it.

所有订阅和加量包均通过 iOS App 内的 Apple 应用内购买完成。订阅将在每个计费周期（月付或年付）结束时自动续费， 如未在续费日期至少 24 小时前取消，Apple 将按当前价格自动扣款。

2. Refunds Are Issued by Apple / 退款由 Apple 处理

Because every purchase is made through the App Store, refunds are issued by Apple; we cannot issue them directly. Apple reviews each request under its own refund policy and decides the outcome.

由于所有购买均通过 App Store 完成，退款由 Apple 处理，我们无法直接退款。Apple 将依据其退款政策审核每一笔申请并决定结果。

3. How to Request a Refund / 如何申请退款

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID you used for the purchase.
  2. Choose "Request a refund", select the reason, and pick the IELTS AI Examiner purchase.
  3. Submit. Apple will contact you with its decision.

请访问 reportaproblem.apple.com，使用购买时的 Apple ID 登录，选择「申请退款」及原因， 勾选 IELTS AI Examiner 的购买项目后提交。Apple 会将审核结果告知您。

When you purchase through Apple, you agree that we may share limited consumption information with Apple to assist with refund reviews, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

通过 Apple 购买即表示您同意我们在 Apple 审核退款时向其提供有限的使用情况信息（详见隐私政策），您可随时撤回此同意。

4. Cancelling a Subscription / 取消订阅

Cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access to your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.

请在 iOS「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中取消。取消后将不再续费，已付费周期结束前您仍可继续使用当前套餐。

5. Need Help? / 需要帮助？

If a purchase did not unlock your plan, tap "Restore purchases" on the app's upgrade screen first. For anything else, email [email protected]. We can help with your account and plan, but refunds themselves can only be issued by Apple.

如购买后套餐未生效，请先在 App 的升级页面点击「Restore purchases」。其他问题请发送邮件至 [email protected]。我们可以协助处理账户和套餐问题，但退款只能由 Apple 办理。
