1. Subscription Auto-Renewal / 订阅自动续费说明
Our subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual). You will be charged the applicable subscription fee on your renewal date unless you cancel before the renewal date.
订阅服务将在每个计费周期结束时自动续费(月付或年付)。如未在续费日期前取消订阅, 系统将按当前计费周期的价格自动扣款。
2. 7-Day Refund Window / 7天退款窗口期
If you are unsatisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase or renewal, provided you have not consumed more than 10 minutes of live AI practice sessions in that billing period.
如您对订阅服务不满意,可在首次购买或续费后 7个自然日内申请全额退款, 前提是该计费周期内您使用的实时 AI 练习时长不超过 10 分钟。
3. No-Refund Cases / 不予退款情形
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- More than 7 calendar days have passed since the charge date.
- More than 10 minutes of live AI practice sessions have been consumed in the current billing period.
- The account has been found to violate our Terms of Service.
- Refund requests for annual plans after the initial 7-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support.
- Top-Up credit packs (one-time purchases) are non-refundable once consumed.
以下情形不予退款:距扣款日超过7个自然日;当前计费周期内已使用超过10分钟实时AI练习; 账户违反服务条款;一次性充值的加量包(Top-Up)消费后不予退款。
4. How to Request a Refund / 如何申请退款
To request a refund, contact our support team within the 7-day window:

- Subject line: "Refund Request — [your registered email]"
- Include your order ID or transaction reference.
请在7天窗口期内联系客服申请退款:邮件至 [email protected], 主题注明"退款申请—[您的注册邮箱]",并提供订单编号或交易流水号。 我们将在3个工作日内处理退款。
Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider (typically 5–10 business days for card payments; 1–3 business days for WeChat Pay / Alipay).
